Trademark and Service Mark

If you are interested in registering your Trademark or Service Mark in the Kingdom of Cambodia, GoCambodia will do its best to facilitate such services.  It will take approximately 10 working days to be completed and certificate will be issued by the department of Intellectual Property Division in Ministry of Commerce. Certificate will be sent to you via Certified Mail.

You need to fill out Trademark Registration Form and Power of Attorney, which need to be notarized.
