Requirement
To
be able to register a company in the
Kingdom of
Cambodia, following information are needed:

Company Name
You need to provide name(s) of company you are
planning to register and it will be searched, if the name is
available, you can take it or otherwise, you need to provide
additional name(s).

Company principle
A name of principle (applicant) is
required

Passport or Resident ID Card
If applicant is a Cambodian national living in
Cambodia, Resident ID card is acceptable for this requirement

Photograph
5 Passport size photographs for the
principle
-
Location
of Company
If
you do not own a property, you need to provide a contract of
property rental that you intend to operate your company

Bank certificate
Need to provide a bank certificate stating
that you have 20,000,000 Riels
(US$5,000) in any Cambodian bank
