Wat Botum To Host Two
Nights of Theater
Phnom
Penh Accueil is sponsoring two evenings of dance and theater at Wat
Botum. On Saturday, performers from Apsara Art Association will
offer traditional Khmer dances followed by artists from the Royal
University's Faculty of Fine Arts and the National Theater, who will
present dances and a masked-theater skit. The performance on the
preservation of Angkor. On Sunday, performers will begin with Ayai,
a one-hour musical comedy, followed by circus acts including
jugglers, clowns, contortionists and illusionists. The free outdoor
shows start at 6:30 pm.
